Ben Schaible has over 10 years experience in wind and long boarding. Ben is a PASA certified instructor. He learned to windsurf at a young age out in Washington state. Ben started working with Petra at Extreme windsurfing about 8 years ago.  He has been teaching windsurfing for approximately 7 years and teaching kiteboarding for for more than 5 years. 

In his past, Ben lived Maui where he worked for Starboard windsurfing and Airush Kiteboarding.  He's interested in basically anything anything that involves riding waves in the ocean including surfing and
standup paddle surfing. 

Ben holds a degree in Environmental Science and a degree in Geomatics. When he's not on the water, Ben is an instructor of Advanced Environmental Science at the high School level.  Ben enjoys time with his wife and new baby in their new digs. He I live by the ocean and aims to stay wet as much as possible.
